Center of Fukuoka pref. Iizuka R&D (CIRD) was established
in April 1st 1993 which based on the Fukuoka pref.regulation.
It was installed to contribute industry activation
in Chikuhou area, to develop industrial technologies , and to
spread Tips of Technologies.
So, Fukuoka pref. gov. is outsourcing to manage the
CIRD for IIZUKA R&D organazation foundation (IRDO).
